Marcia J. (Sweeny) Kennedy of Bonita Springs, FL, formerly of Sherborn, MA, passed away on April 27, 2008 in Boston, MA. She was 75. She was the beloved wife of the late James R. Kennedy. She was born in Boston and was the daughter of the late James and Dorothy (Schmitt) Sweeny. She was the devoted mother of Todd H. Kennedy and his wife Robin of Melbourne Beach, FL and Scott G. Kennedy and his wife Carroll Lee of Norfolk, VA. Grandmother of Shane and Ian Kennedy both of Melbourne Beach, FL and Layne and Carter Kennedy both of Norfolk, VA. Sister of the late Ted Sweeny. A memorial service will be held in the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., Wellesley, MA, on Saturday, May 3, at 12 Noon. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, Sherborn, MA.
