SPENCER: Michael C. Jenese, 56, died Friday, April 18 in UMass Memorial Hospital, University Campus surrounded by his family.
He leaves a brother James C. Jenese and a sister Ann Astukiewicz of Massachusetts, a sister Phyllis Brewer of New Hampshire, three nieces, a nephew, one great-niece and one great-nephew, many relatives and friends.
Mr. Jenese was born in Worcester son of Philip C. and Betty E. (LaGrange) Jenese. He graduated from Doherty High School. He served in the United States Navy where he was a photographer and was stationed on the U.S.S. Independence. Michael had many hurdles in life. He was paralyzed in an accident by a drunk driver in 1979, and remained in a wheelchair until his death.

A Graveside service will be held Friday, May 2 at 1:00 PM in Mary, Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. There are no calling hours. J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer is directing arrangements.Please omit flowers.
