John W. Fitzpatrick, age 37, died very unexpectedly Sunday morning at his home in Lowell.
He was born in Lowell on February 5th, 1971, beloved son of Barbara (Belanger) Fitzpatrick of Lowell, and Neil J. Fitzpatrick of Littleton. He received his education in Lowell and Littleton schools.
He has worked for about 20 years as a Mason, and recently an Injection Mold Technician.
A lifelong resident of Lowell, John was also a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church.
He enjoyed boating, golfing, and motorcycles.
Besides his parents, he is survived by a sister, Dawn Marie Lavoie-Altali and her husband, Diaa Altali of Dracut; his maternal grandmother, Theresa Belanger of Lowell; his nieces & nephews, Lyndsay, Lauren, Shane and Eric Lavoie, all of Dracut; four uncles, Victor J. Belanger and his wife Dorothy of Amherst, NH, Roger Belanger of Pelham, NH, Paul Fitzpatrick and his wife Mimi of Littleton, and Leo Fitzpatrick and his wife Lillian of Hyannis; two aunts, Audrey Belanger of Windham, NH, and Eugenie Corcoran of Lowell; also many cousins and dear friends.
Relatives & Friends will be received at the M.R. LAURIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 295 Pawtucket St., Lowell on WEDNESDAY from 5:00-8:00 PM. Funeral Thursday with a Prayer Service at the Funeral Home at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Chelmsford.
