FIGUEROA, Robert M. age 78 of New Milford, NJ. formerly of Teaneck, NJ. died Friday April 18th, 2008. Beloved husband of Miryam ( nee Sierra ). Devoted father of Mercedes Muklevicz & husband Bruce, Martin Ramirez & his wife Bibianna and Diana Ramirez. Dear brother of Carmen Donnelly & her husband Frank, Iris Taylor & husband James, Irma Holick & husband George. Cherished Grandfather of Stephanie, Nicholas, Mohammed. Also survived by many loving nieces & nephews. Robert served in the Teaneck Police Department for 28 years and earned the rank of Detective. Upon retirement, he worked for United Jersey Bank in Hackensack, NJ.for 15 years.Robert also served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. Funeral service from the Volk-Leber Funeral Home 786 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ. on Tuesday 4/22/08 at 8:30 A.M. then onto Ascension RCC New Milford for a Mass of Christian burial at 9:30 A.M. Visitation to be held on Monday 2-4 & 7-9.
