Obituary

Robert J. Kozloski, of Abington, formerly of South Boston, died April 12, 2008 at the Brockton Hospital. Husband of Carol A. (Grenham) Kozloski. Born, raised and educated in Boston, son of the late Edward J. and Kathrine (Colleton) Kozloski, he had been a resident of South Boston until moving to Abington in 1973. He was a Vietnam veteran who served from 1964-1967 with the US Army and was stationed in Germany and Vietnam. He had been employed by Boston Insulated Wire Company and was presently employed by Whitman Tool & Die Company. Bob who was known for his quick wit enjoyed trips to Las Vegas, the Boston Red Sox and Patriots and loved time spent with his family. He had also been a member of the VFW for over 35 years.

He is also survived by five children, Denise Golden and her husband Thomas of Middleboro, Debra Tauber of Fairhaven, John Lombardi of Halifax, Anthony Kozloski and his wife Christine of Middleboro and Edward Kozloski and his wife Joan of Pepperell; 12 grandchildren Thomas Golden and his wife Kerry, Ryan and Erin Golden, Kelly and Katie Tauber and Courtney, Kiley, Cole, Chloe, Danielle, Samantha and Edward Kozloski; one great grandchild Chase Golden; three nieces Jamie Wile, Holly Ewelle and Kimberly O’Neil as well as many other nieces and nephews; two sisters Helen Brady and Carol Shaughnessy and a sister in law Helen Egan. He was the brother of the late Richard “Ziggy” Kozloski and Barbara Oldager.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 8:30am. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Middleboro at 10am. Burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Middleboro. Visiting Hours Tuesday 4-8pm.
