Ronald Vieira, age 72 of Somerset, passed away April 8, 2008. Former husband of Lillian (Medeiros) Vieira. Born in Fall River, son of the late John C. & Alice (Souza) Vieira. Before retiring, he was an automobile painter. He was a U.S. Army Korean Conflict Veteran.
Besides his former wife, he is survived by 3 sons: Ronald Vieira Jr. & Michael C. Vieira both of Fall River & Mark P. Vieira of Smithfield; 1 daughter: Melissa J. Vieira of N. Providence; 1 brother: Lawrence Vieira of Longbeach, CA & a half brother: Anthony Pereira of Tiverton; 4 grandchildren & several nieces & nephews.
His private funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Thursday at 11 A.M. Relatives & friends are invited to attend his burial services in the MA National Cemetery at 1 P.M. THERE ARE NO CALLING HOURS. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Diabetes Association.
