Worcester- Marian W. Kaminski, 74, of 14 South Ward Street, died Thursday, Feb. 20, in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center, after an illness.
He leaves his wife of 55 years, Henryka (Parzych) Kaminski; a son, Edward Kaminski of Worcester; two daughters, Irena Pianka and Danuta Romanik, both of Worcester; a sister, Halina Bieluch of Poland; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; nephews and nieces. Two brothers, Stanislaw Kaminski and Bronislaw Kaminski, and a sister, Anna Grochowlski, predeceased him. He was born in Zbojna, Poland, son on Tadeusz and Dominika (Sokolowska) Kaminski, and lived there before moving here in 1995.
Mr. Kaminski was a farmer in Poland.
He was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Parish.
The funeral will be held Monday, Feb. 24, from Henry-Dirsa Funeral Home, 33 Ward Street, with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, in the funeral home.
