Flagler Beach, FL – Richard H. Allen, 59, of Flagler Beach formerly of Worcester, MA died Friday, February 7 after an illness.
He leaves his wife Shirley (Conner) Allen of Flagler Beach; a son Richard Allen of Rochdale; a daughter Dianna Allen of Charlton; two brothers Robert Allen of Idaho and Francis Allen of Margate, FL and 3 grandchildren
Mr. Allen worked for many oil companies and service stations in the Worcester area. He was one of the first to become an independent contract oil delivery carrier servicing major oil companies in the 80’s. For the past 14 years he owned and operated Allen Cleaning Service of Florida with his wife.
