WORCESTER-Rosa M. (Mora) Miranda, 66, of 34 Lakeside Avenue died Wednesday, February 19th at home after a long illness. She leaves her husband, Angel Miranda; 3 sons, Gregory and Robert Rolon both of Worcester and Angel L. Miranda, Jr. with whom she lived; 3 daughters, Angelica Cruz-Rolon of Worcester, Veronica Rolon of Worcester and Belinda Ramos of Worcester; a sister, Ramona Mora of Bayamon, Puerto Rico; 17 grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; nephews and nieces. A sister, Angelica Mora predeceased her.
She was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico the daughter of Anthonio Mora and Angelica Roldan Mora moving to the United States in 1951. She graduated high school in Santurce, Puerto Rico. Mrs. Miranda owned a restaurant in Brooklyn, NY, retiring in 1968. She dedicated her whole life to the care of her handicapped son. She enjoyed dancing and reading the bible.
After cremation, private funeral services and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
