Rita D. (Dooley) Keohane, 89, died Sunday, March 30, 2008 at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was the devoted and beloved wife of the late John J. Keohane. Born in Boston, she was educated in Boston Schools. She was a longtime resident of Stoughton where she was a homemaker. Mrs. Keohane was a worldwide traveler who had been to such places as the Panama Canal, Alaska, Germany and the Caribbean. Mostly she enjoyed spending time with her loving husband John at their summer home in Cotuit.
She is survived by her sister Catherine Harrington of Foxboro and her brother John Dooley of Dedham. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church on Thursday at 10: 30 AM. Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton prior to the Mass from 9-10 AM. Burial will follow at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
