Ruth (Nathan) Teman, a lifelong resident of Chelsea, entered into eternal rest on March 28, 2008 at the Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home. She was 86 years old & the beloved wife of Isadore Teman.
Born in Chelsea, Mrs. Teman was educated in the Chelsea Schools & graduated from Chelsea High School in 1940. She was employed in the retail sales industry having worked at the Boston Navy Yard & also at Town & Country in Chelsea. Mrs. Teman was a member of the Jewish Community Center of Metro-West, the Everett Social Club, & the Golden Agers of Chelsea.
In adition to her husband, Mrs. Teman is survived by her (2) sons, Stanley A. Teman of Millbury, MA & Glenn H. Teman & his wife Emily of Framingham & her grandchildren, Andrew, Justin, Rebecca, Stacey, & Kerry.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, March 31, 2008 at 12:00 Noon in the Sharo Tefilo Cemetery, Baker St. West Roxbury. Memorial observance will be held at ther late residence, 201 Captain's Row, Chelsea through Wednesday.
