Gerald Landis York Gerald Landis York, 64, Clarksville, died Thursday, March 27, 2008, at Spring Meadows Health Care Center. The funeral will be held at 3 pm Saturday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Brother Steve Kirby officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm today and from 1 pm until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born October 20, 1943 in Lepanto, Arkansas, son of the late James Franklin York and Trudy Brown York. Mr. York was retired from the American Greeting Card Company and attended Hilldale Church of Christ. He is survived by two sons, Scott York (DeAnn), Lexington, TN; and Eric York (Jennifer), Killeen, TX; four brothers, Perry York (Dianne), Michael York (Linda), Barry York (Sharon), all of Clarksville and Jimmy York, Monette, Arkansas; one sister Gayla York, Nashville, TN; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and companion, Jerri Halliday.
