Mr. Franco Falcone, age 40 of Somerville died Sunday unexpectedly in Somerville. Beloved husband of Nancy (Wilson) Falcone of Stoneham.
Born in Boston, son of Giacomo and Augusta (Mastracci) Falcone of Malden, he is a graduate of Somerville High School class of 1985. He worked in the construction trades as a laborer and was a member of the Laborer´s Union Local #22. He was an avid sports fan, a talented mechanic considered a “jack of all trades”. He also enjoyed occasional trips to Foxwoods.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is the loving father of Tanya Falcone of New Bedford, Bianca Falcone of Stoneham and Devin Ludwig of SC. Cherished brother of Mauro Falcone of Somerville, David Falcone of Malden and the late Ignazio Falcone. Grandson of Assunta Mastracci of Italy. Uncle of several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 9 am. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Ann Church, 399 Medford Street, Somerville, at 10 am . Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4 thru 8.Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
