Angelina “Doris” Perriello, a life-long Medford resident, died Monday at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital. She was 85. Doris, a familiar and friendly neighbor to many in South Medford, worked as an auditor for Big Bear and A&P Super Markets, until her retirement. She was a kind hearted person who was dedicated to her family and generous toward many charitable organizations.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Benjamin and Anna (Poto) Perriello. She was a devoted sister to Benjamin Perriello of Medford. She was a loving aunt to Elizabeth Perriello of Medford, Susan Salani of Burlington and Steven Perriello of Ashburn, VA.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Tuesday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery.
