Margaret A.`Marty` Thomas, 64, Clarksville, died Friday, March 21, 2008, at Vanderbilt Medical Center, Nashville. The funeral will be held at 2pm Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Dr. David Leavell and Rev. Chuck Brown officiating. Visitation will be from 5pm till 7pm Monday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born November 17, 1943 in Lepanto, AR. daughter of Edgar Lee Carmack and Dorothy Helen Adams Carmack. She was a county coordinator for North TN Private Ind. Council,and Navy veteran. She is survived by her husband Ronald "Ron" Thomas of Clarksville, one son Michael Scott(Lorie)Thomas of Springfield, one daughter Debra M. Thomas Dewberry of Clarksville, five brothers Harvey Lee Carmack of Tulsa, OK, James Carmack of Cleveland, OK, Roger Dale Carmack of Skiatoot,OK, Tommy Lynn Carmack of Ft. Smith, AR, Gary Wayne Carmack of Tulsa, OK. one sister Donna Marie Boardman of Collinsville,OK and four grandchildren.
