Claire (McCarthy) Munro of Salem, New Hampshire died Sunday morning at her home, she was 68 years old. She was born in Malden, MA raised and educated in So. Portland, ME and attended So. Portland High School.
Mrs. Munro was employed as an associate at J.C. Penney Department Store in Salem. She has been a Salem resident for the past 31 years having moved here from Brockton, MA. She enjoyed knitting, raising her pets and walking she was a member of St. Joseph Church in Salem, NH

Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday from 3-5 & 7-9pm at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street in Salem, NH. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:00am in the funeral home followed by burial in Pine Grove Cemetery in Salem.
