Julien D. Larochelle, 61, of Manchester died March 20, 2008 at Catholic Medical Center after a brief illness.
Born in Goffstown on October 13, 1946, he was the son of Joseph and Cecile (Soucy) Larochelle. He was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
Mr. Larochelle worked at Freudenberg NOK for over 30 years. He was a communicant of St. Anthony Church.
He enjoyed traveling, camping at Old Orchard Beach, ME and was an avid Red Sox fan. He was also an assistant Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 112.
IN HIS LIFE: His family was the center of his life. He had always participated in the activities his children were involved with. He especially enjoyed time spent with his four grandchildren. He will be remembered as a generous, kind and loving person who was a friend to everyone he met.
The family includes his wife of 35 years, Janet (Bourassa) Larochelle of Manchester; three sons, Dan Larochelle and his wife, Jennifer, Brian Larochelle and his wife, Shelly, and Matt Larochelle all of Manchester; four grandchildren, Katelyn Larochelle, Ethan Larochelle, John Larochelle and Kyle Larochelle; a sister, Sr. Lucille Larochelle of Tewsbury, MA; sisters and brothers in law; one cousin and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Hector Larochelle and Leo Larochelle.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday March 25, 2008 at St. Anthony Church, 172 Belmont St., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
