Jeanne C. Ninteau, 62, of Danville, NH died Thursday February 13, 2003 at the Prescott House, Andover, MA following a lengthy illness. She was born in Lowell, MA on December 28, 1940, a daughter of Claire (Toupin) Ninteau and the late Armand Ninteau. She was a resident of Danville for 20 years, formerly living in Derry, NH. She was employed by Lucent Technologies, Andover, MA for over 34 years. She was a member of the Pioneer Club, Andover, MA. She was an avid walker for Breast Cancer and collected donations for Leukemia research. She was also a big fan of baseball and enjoyed the beach.
She is survived by her long time friend Rita L. Girouard, Danville, NH, her mother of Derry, NH, four brothers, Armand Ninteau Jr., Connecticut, Dennis Ninteau, Manchester, NH, Richard Ninteau, Branford, CT, David Ninteau, Litchfield, NH, four sisters, Dolores Cote, Dracut, MA, Pauline McCarthy, Loudon, NH, Lucille Monagh, Derry, NH, Theresa Stewart, Londonderry, NH, several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and friends. She was predeceased by her father Armand Ninteau in 1965.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday February 18th at 10:00am at Holy Angels Parish, Atkinson Depot Rd., Plaistow, NH. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery, East Derry, NH. Friends may call at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry on Monday February 17, 2003 from 3 – 7 PM.
