Robert P. “Bobby” Nagle, 72, of Satellite Beach, FL, formerly of 62 Harlem Street, Worcester, died Thursday, February 28th in the William Child’s Hospice Home in Palm Bay, FL. He leaves his daughter, Nora Nagle-Kinch; two sons, Robert Patrick Nagle, Jr. and Michael Nagle; and his grandson Shawn Kinch, all in California. He also leaves his brother, Paul J. Nagle of Worcester; two sisters, Noreen R. Bisceglia of Shrewsbury and Kathleen E. Piscione of West Boylston; several nephews and nieces. A brother, Joseph L. Nagle, predeceased him in 1990.
He was born in Worcester, son of Leo and Katherine (Sullivan) Nagle and served in the United States Air force for 22 years. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and at the time of his retirement he worked at the Pentagon. After his retirement from the Air Force Bobby moved to Florida where he owned and operated the Pelican Lounge in Coco Beach.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, March 13th from Callahan & Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester with a Mass at 11:00 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 600 Cambridge Street. Interment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 9:30-10:30 AM the morning of the funeral in the funeral home.
