Gulliver, Alma L. (McEwen), age 92, died peacefully at the Winthrop House Nursing Center in Medford on February 6, 2003. She was the wife of the late Joseph R. Gulliver. She was born in the Walker Settlement, New Brunswick, a daughter of the late Edwin McEwen and Althea Wallace. She had been a resident of Medford for over 70 years and a communicant of the Wesley United Methodist Church in Medford. She is the loving mother of Shirley Repetto of Medford and the late Gerald R. Gulliver. Devoted sister of Olive Weatherhead and Jean Bateman, both of Canada. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.Her funeral service will be held in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, Monday at 10 AM Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours, Sunday from 4 to 8 PM Interment, Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, W. Peabody.
