Paula Frances Edmondson Paula Frances Edmondson, 76, Gainesboro, TN formerly of Clarksville, died Thursday, February 28, 2008, at her home. Graveside services will be held at 11 am Saturday at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Wells officiating. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Those wishing to join the family may join them at Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home at 10:30 am prior to departing for the cemetery. Paula was born on May 26, 1931 in Clarksville and was the daughter of Paul and Martha Edmondson of Clarksville. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sandra Edmondson Weber. She was a life time member of the First Presbyterian Church of Clarksville and attended there until she moved to Gainesboro, TN. She graduated from Austin Peay University with a degree in education and taught school several years in Clarksville before retiring. Her survivors include her cousin Dr. Kirby P. Walker and his wife of Gainesboro and their two children Bill Walker of Knoxville, TN and Kip Walker of Memphis, TN.
