Obituary

Erik A. Anderberg, 55 of Franklin died suddenly February 27 in his home.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, September 28, 1952 the son of Norma (Hansen) Anderberg of Crossville, Tennessee and the late Albin Anderberg, Mr. Anderberg was raise in the Detroit area and had lived in Millis before moving to Franklin in 1986.
Mr. Anderberg was a graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and also received a law degree from Northeastern University.
Mr. Anderberg had been a real estate lawyer for 16 years for the former Ficco and Simmler law firm in Franklin.
He was an avid fan of college football and basketball.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons, Taylor N. Anderberg of Franklin and Jaymes C. Anderberg of Franklin.
He is also survived by his step children, Melanie Thibeault of New York City and Nicholas Thibeault of Bellingham.
He is also survived by his, brother Paul Anderberg of Crossville, TN and his sister, Nancy LaPrise of Mooretown, TN.
His funeral will be held on Monday, March 3 from the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin 131 Main St., Franklin at 9: 00 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Brendan’s Church in Bellingham at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in Union Street Cemetery in Franklin.
Calling hours will be on Sunday from 3-6 p.m.
