Donald M. Johnston, 68 of Derry, NH died on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 in Fairview Nursing Home in Hudson, NH. Born on July 30, 1939, he was a son of the late Norman and Bernice (Archibald) Johnston. Mr. Johnston graduated from Northeastern University in Boston and was the owner of Benway-Johnston Insurance Company for over 35 years. He was a member of the Derry Rotary Club and was involved with the Greater Derry Boys and Girls Club.
He is survived by one son, Scott Johnston and his wife Kelly of Londonderry, NH; one daughter, Heather Lacovara and her husband Paul of Huntington Beach, CA and one grandson, Brady Johnston.
Following Cremation a private family memorial service will be held in the summer. Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Greater Boys and Girls Club, PO Box 140, E. Derry, NH 03041.
