Regina E. (Fitzpatrick) Maher, 81 of Woburn, died Saturday morning in the Winchester Nursing Center following a brief illness. Born in Little Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and the late Helen (Hartnet) Fitzpatrick. She was a Woburn resident for over sixty years and worked in the shipping and recieving department of Conant Controls Inc. of Medford for almost forty years. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Regina´s memory to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701.
Mrs. Maher is the beloved wife of the late Thomas F. Maher and is survived by two sons, Thomas J. Maher and his wife Michele, and Kevin W. Maher all of Woburn. She is the loving grandmother of Deborah Caliri, Heather Kane, Thomas, Brian and Kevin Maher and five loving great grandchilren.
She is also survived by a brother, John Fitzpatrick of Florida and a cherished sister-in-law, Charlotte Fitzpatrick of Woburn, and several caring and special friends, Nancy Joyce of Woburn, Tom and Peggy Bolivar of Winchester and Evelyn Andreason of Woburn.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 AM in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 280 Main St., Woburn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn. Visiting hours Monday from 4 thru 8 at the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., Woburn.
