Marion Josephine Ernst Marion Josephine Ernst, 85, Clarksville, died Thursday, February 21, 2008, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Saturday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. David Foley officiating. Visitation will be from 1 pm until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born March 14, 1922 in Clarksville, TN daughter of Marion Ennis and Virginia Manson Ennis. She was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church where she taught children's Sunday School. She was a devoted wife, loving mother,grandmother and homemaker. She loved children. Survivors include her husband, Frederick "Max" Ernst, two sons Fred Ernst, Clarksville; and Mickey Ernst, Apollo Beach, FL; two grandchildren, Carrie Staudt, Springfield, MO; and Thom Ernst, Dayton, OH.
