Alberto M. Andrade -56, of Hudson, died Sunday, Feb. 17 at Marlboro Hospital.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Ana M. (Chaves) Andrade of Hudson.
He was born in the Azores of Portugal, son of the late Francisco Andrade and survived by his mother, Maria (Monteiro) Chaves of Hudson.
Mr. Andrade was currently employed as a machine operator for General Cable Co. in Franklin. He was a member of Saint Michael’s Parish in Hudson.
Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by his children, Donny S. Andrade and Kimberly S. Andrade both of Hudson. He also leaves his 4 sisters, Maria Braga and Fatima Bairos, both of Hudson, Jenevieve Dee of Hamden, CT and Edwarda Andrade of Hopkinton; his brother, Francisco Andrade of Hudson; 2 grandchildren, R.J. Andrade and Dimitri Andrade and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Jose Antonio Andrade who died in 2001.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, Feb. 21, at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Michaels Church 21 Manning Street Hudson MA. Burial will be in Saint Michael’s Cemetery, Hudson. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Feb. 20, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749.
