In Raynham, February 11, 2008 Sybil F. died at home after a lengthy illness while surrounded her family, age 74. Sybil was the wife of the late Richard A. Ernest. She was born in Buddha, Indiana to the late Jim & Ina (Roberts) LeForge. Sybil has lived in Raynham since 1993 and is formerly of R.I. She was educated in Redford, MI. Sybil worked as a secretary for W.R. Grace Co. in Canton. She enjoyed reading, drawing and spending time with her grandchildren. Sybil is survived by her seven children Richard A. Jr. of TN., Joseph of CT., Paul of RI., Linda Dibble of MI., Mary LaForest of TN., Lois Pelletier of RI., Nancy Grady of Raynham. Her 22 Grandchildren and 4 great Grandchildren. Her siblings Jack & Larry LaForge of MI., Anna Lee Kinsey of MI. and the late Jim LaForge and Nancy Guthrie. She is also survived by several cousins and neices & nephews. Funeral from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton on Friday, Feb. 15th at 10am. followed by a funeral service held in St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Taunton at 11am. Visiting hours are Thurs. from 6-8pm. Interment in Melrose Cemetery in Brockton. Donations may be made in Sybil’s memory to either the American Cancer Society, MA.
