Michael Alan Faulk Michael Alan Faulk, 40, Clarksville, died Sunday, February 10, 2008, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 4 pm Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Geoffrey Sikes officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm Tuesday and from 2 pm until the hour of the service Wednesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born October 3, 1967 in Anarka, Turkey son of Carlos Faulk and Anna Croft Faulk of Del City, Oklahoma. He was a veteran of the US Army and served during the Gulf War. He was employed with the Department of Veterans Affairs. He was a member of the United States Bowling Congress. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Tami Wright Faulk; a son, Devin Faulk, a daughter, Carissa Faulk; a granddaughter, Dakota Casteel all of Clarksville, a brother, David Faulk of Austin, TX; and paternal grandmother, Lexie Faulk of Greenville, KY.
