Eileen C. (Reynolds) Jacques, age 60, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2008 at her home in Lowell after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Donald Jacques.
She was born in Lowell on Dec. 27, 1947, the daughter of the late Joseph and Irene (Montbleau) Reynolds. Eileen was a lifelong resident of Lowell and a member of the Christ Church United.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a shoe worker with several shoe factories and mills in the Lowell area. Eileen enjoyed playing bingo and painting pictures.
She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Jacques of Lowell and her companion Michael Moceri of Nashua; two sisters, Jeannette and Rosemarie Reynolds, both of Lowell; a brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Paula Reynolds of Dracut; a granddaughter, Cassie Jacques of Lowell; an aunt, Florence Montbleau of Derry, NH; a longtime dear friend, Roni Hutchinson of Lowell; also several nieces. She was the sister of the late William Reynolds.
Relatives and friends may call at the M. R. LAURIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 295 Pawtucket St., Lowell on Tuesday, Feb. 12 from 5 to 8pm. Cremation to follow. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 16 at 1pm at the Christ Church United, 180 E. Merrimack St. Lowell.
