Irwin, of Sagamore Beach, February 2nd, James S. Jr. “Jimbo” 59. Beloved husband of Cynthia (McCarthy) Irwin. Brother of Janice Bunker of Maple Valley, WA, Kenneth Irwin of Greenfield, MA, Martha Gagne of Lewiston, ME, Kristyne Reis and Leslie Chasse both of Somerville and the late Kathryn Coughlin. He also leaves a brother-in-law Daniel McCarthy of Mashpee and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 7th at 10 o’clock at St John The Evangelist Church in Pocasset. followed by a burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-8 pm at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Road, Route 3A, Plymouth (Manomet). In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute – Division of Development and the Jimmy Fund, 10 Brookline Place W. Floor 6, Brookline, MA 02445-9924.
