Beloved wife of the late John Pepera. Loving mother of Cindy Newcomb of E. Bridgewater, Christine Orum of Quincy, John Orum of Quincy, Anthony Pepera of W. Bridgewater and Patricia Thompson of Abington. Sister of Richard Russell of WI, Donald Russell of TX, Ethan Russell of Bellingham and the late Michael O'Connell and Marlene Russell. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Winifred found great pleasure in taking care of her entire family, especially the grandchildren, who were the center of her life. Mrs Orum was generous, thoughtful, outgoing and always willing to help others. She enjoyed making her family blankets, scarves, gloves and baby clothing. Winifred loved her garden and took great pride in tending to her "Rose of Sharon". She loved her music, especially Elvis and Country Music.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Wednesday at 6:30 PM.
Visitation prior to service from 3-6:30 PM.
Cremation will follow.
