Funeral Service in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday at 2 pm. Burial will be private. Visiting Hours Saturday 12 noon to 2 pm. Barbara A. McKiernan, 64 died unexpectedly Monday January 27, 2003 in Jupiter, Florida while visiting with her companion Herbert C. Winneg. Born in Brockton, the daughter of the late James and Margaret (Burns) McKiernan. Barbara had been a resident of Bourne since 1984. She recently retired, having been employed at Wal-Mart in Wareham as a Sales associate. She also worked at Benthos in North Falmouth for several years as a sales and marketing assistant. She enjoyed reading and time spent with her grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters, Eileen M. Gill of Monee, Illinois and Erin A. Ryan of East Sandwich, MA, 3 grandchildren, Marisa and John Ryan of East Sandwich and Justin Gill of Concord, NH and a great grandchild, Baylee Gill of Concord, NH., a sister Mrs. Robert (Pegge) Roan of Mashpee and a brother John F. McKiernan of Framingham and East Falmouth.
