LOWELL—Kathleen M. McCarthy, 54 years old, a resident of Lowell, formerly of Salisbury, died unexpectedly, Tuesday morning at her home, in Lowell.
She was born in Lowell, on November 30, 1953, a daughter of Rita N. (Finnegan) McCarthy, of Lowell, and the late Leo McCarthy. She was a graduate of the Sacred Heart Grammar School and Lowell High School.
Ms. McCarthy had been employed for over 35 years by the Raytheon Corporation.
Surviving her besides her mother are three brothers: Robert N., and his wife Karan, McCarthy; John McCarthy; and Richard McCarthy, all of Lowell; a sister: Noreen McCarthy, of Haverhill; also several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 4 until 8 PM on Thursday, January 31st at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 Nesmith Street, (Rte. 38). Her Funeral Mass to be offered Friday morning, February 1st, at 10 AM at the HOLY FAMILY PARISH, Chamberlain Street, Lowell.
