
WEBSTER – Dorothy A. (Plasse) Perkins, 74, of 87 Lower Gore Road, passed away peacefully Friday, January 25, at home.
She leaves her only daughter and best friend, Paula Ann Kuzdzal of Webster; a sister, Joan Gibeault of Southbridge; a brother, Ronald E. Plasse of Webster; aunts, 2 nephews and a niece.
She was born in Webster, a daughter of Edmund and Valencia (Mroczek) Plasse, and was a lifelong resident. She graduated from Bartlett High School.
Mrs. Perkins co-owned Perkins Press. She then was the medical secretary for Dr. Sharma and Dr. Patel for several years. After that, she was an administrative assistant at Norton Company for many years before she retired. She enjoyed shopping, going out to eat, reading and watching football. She was a true New England Patriots fan.
The funeral will be held Tuesday, January 29, from Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Louis Church, 14 Lake Street. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday, January 28, in the funeral home. Instead of flowers, donations in her name may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
