Worcester – Flora Laura (Vasquez) Figaro, 65, of Worcester, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2008 at the home of her daughter Daisy in Worcester, after a long battle with an illness.
Flora better known to those who had the privilege of knowing her as “Ruby” is survived by her husband of 32 years Ecedro Figaro; her three daughters, Doreen Maldonado, Deborah Maldonado, Daisy E. Roldan; her three sons, Jorge E. Maldonado, Andy W. Maldonado, Frank Maldonado all of Worcester; her brother Patricio Vasquez of Worcester; her brother Adam Vasquez and sister Betty Vazquez both of Chicopee, MA; 27 grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Two sons Danny Maldonado and Randy Maldonado both of whom passed away as toddlers.
Flora was born in Naguabo, Puerto Rico. Her mother Laura Rodriguez Vazquez and father Epifanio Vazquez both whom have passed.
Flora “Ruby” was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was loved by all who knew her. Ruby’s most enjoyable moments were spent with her family and friends.
She was an angel sent from heaven and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
