Thomas L. O’Gorman died on Tuesday, January 15th at Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was 69 years old. Born in Queens, New York, he was the son of the late Patrick and Mary (Considine) O’Gorman. He was a graduate of Power Memorial High School, Class of 1955, he also attended St. Anselm College. Mr. O’Gorman was a former agent for Northeast Airlines and was the Northeast district manager for Saxon Industries and was the manager of the Somerville City Club. He retired in 1999 to Las Vegas. Tom was an avid sports enthusiast and loved to travel, especially to Australia, Alaska and Hawaii. Tom was a friend to many people. Beloved husband of Winifred L. “Winnie” (Burk) O’Gorman. Loving father of Patricia Cline and her husband Scott of Port Orange FL, Thomas L. O’Gorman Jr. and his wife Debra of Syosset, NY and Barbara Champagne and her husband Daniel of Butler, NJ. Stepfather of Evelyn Lally of Chelmsford and Anita Montoya of Marlborough. Brother of Patrick O’Gorman and his wife Barbara of Riverhead NY and John O’Gorman and his wife Margaret of Ft. Mitchell, KY. Dear grandfather of Scott, Katherine and Elizabeth Cline, Matthew and Emily O’Gorman, Alison and Daniel Champagne and step grandsons Roy and Dustin Montoya and Bobby Lally. Also survived by 4 nieces and 4 nephews .Funeral from the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Tuesday January 22nd at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Church 270 Eliot St. Newton Upper Falls at 10:30 AM.
