Marie "Jo" (Frenze) Albanese, of Smithfield, died Sunday, January 13, 2008. She was the wife of the late Angelo Albanese.
She had been a resident of Smithfield since 1999 and had previously lived in Johnston. She was an owner of Michele Frenze Wholesale Liquor Company where she worked for 67 years before retiring in 1999.
Her family was her greatest joy and she is survived by a son Robert Albanese and his wife Kathleen, of Newport, a daughter Carolyn Hansen and her husband David of Smithfield, her grandchildren, John, Scott, Stephanie and Alison and her two great grandchildren; Callie and Trevor.
