ANDOVER, MA – Rosemary (Blanchard) Angelone born June 25, 1936 daughter of the late George and Mary (Berube) Blanchard joined the Lord on January 11, 2008 at the age of 71 surrounded by her family.
Born and educated in Methuen, MA, she attended St. Theresa’s Grammar School graduating in 1950, and was also a graduate of St. Ann’s High School with the Class of 1954. She resided in Marble, NC for 17 years where she made many friends. She returned to New England where she would live out the rest of her life with her family. She was a member of the Berkeley Club Women’s Auxiliary, St. Basil’s, Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish/St. Theresa’s Church and St. Lucy’s. She worked for the telephone company until she married and continued her life as a devoted mother of 6.
She leaves 4 sons and 2 daughters, William C. Angelone, Jr., and wife Glenda of Kingston, NH, Donald S. Angelone of Port St. Lucie, FL, David P. Angelone and wife Marie also of Port St. Lucie, FL and John K. Angelone and his wife Linda of Lawrence, MA.
Lisa M. Angelone of Jupiter, FL and Lynn E. Angelone of Lawrence, MA.
2 sisters Dorothy Wood of Andover, MA and Shirley Van Buskirik of Andrews, NC.
15 grandcildren, 1 great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Rosemary also leaves her former spouse William C. Angelone, Sr. and his wife Denise and also her life long friends Corinne Lucier and Elaine Gillmette.
ARRANGEMENTS: Memorials can be made to the American Kidney Fund 6110 Executive Blvd. Suite 1010 Rockville, MD 20852-9813. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish/St. Theresa’s Church Methuen. Burial will take place at a later date at the families convenience.
