Blenda Mable Todd Vaughn, 65, of Abbot, Maine died Wednesday, January 9, 2008, in Abbot, Maine. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2008, at Pineview Holiness Baptist Church. Rev. Terrell Roberts will officiate with burial to follow in Pineview Holiness Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 14, 2008, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Ms. Vaughn was born on March 13, 1942 in Bangor, Maine and was the daughter of Alfred Whitney Todd and Pearl Parshley Buck Todd, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John D. Vaughn, who died on February 10, 1996. She was a retired postal worker.
Survivors include one son, Dale Vaughn of Abbot, Maine.
