Anne Adkins Fambrough Anne Adkins Fambrough, 80, Clarksville, died Wednesday, December 26. 2007, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2 pm Saturday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Mark Carrigan officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Friday and from 11 am until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born February 20, 1927 in Montgomery County
daughter of the late James Minor Adkins and Eula Carrigan Adkins. She was preceded in death by her husband Jesse Fambrough, a granddaughter, LeAnn Fambrough, and a sister, Sue Elaine Adkins. Mrs. Fambrough was a life long member and the oldest surviving member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Survivors include her son Steven L. Fambrough (Eulanne), Clarksville; daughters Linda Fambrough Jackson (Jimmy), Mt. Juliet, TN; Janet Fambrough Staggs (Dwight) and Nancy C. Fambrough both of Clarksville; a sister Cary Jarrell (Larry), Clarksville; grandchildren: Chris Fields (Laurie), Heather Roberson (Robbie); Brittnye Staggs, Brad Fambrough (Jo Ellen), Josh Vaughn, and Lauren Staggs. Pallbearers will be Josh Vaughn, Chris Fields, Brad Fambrough, Robert A. Fields, Tommy Adams, Larry Jarrell, Thomas Tranberg, and John Moore. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Bethlehem United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 3155, Clarksville, TN 37043 or the LeAnn Fambrough Scholarship Fund, Tennessee Baptist Foundation, P.O.
