Manuel C. Ferreira, age 88 of Fall River. Widower of Josephine (Cabral) Ferreira. Son of the late Manuel C. & Mary (Almeida) Ferreira. Passed away in Fall River Dec. 25, 2007. He was a lifelong Fall River resident & a member of Immaculate Conception Church. Before retiring, he was a Technician at Park Davis Veterans Administration Hospital for 28 years.
He is survived by l Daughter: Gail Matko of E. Falmouth, MA, l Sister: Isabel Noonan Emond of Swansea & l Niece: Maureen Sheriff. He was brother of the late Virginia Ferreira & Louise Smith.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St. Friday at 8 A.M. followed by a funeral mass in Immaculate Conception Church at 9 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday 6-8 P.M.
