Cindy Kay Floyd, 45, of Fitzgerald died Saturday, December 22 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Monday, December 24 at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenny Griffin officiating. Interment will follow in the Irwinville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9 Sunday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Floyd was born November 10, 1962 in Baxley, Georgia to the late Charles and Myrtice Griffin Cadwell. She was a self-employed housekeeper and a former employee of River Willows Nursing Center and Delphi. A homemaker, Mrs. Floyd was a loving mother and had lived in the community most of her life. She was a member of Anderson Memorial Baptist Church and attended the Potter’s Touch Church.
Mrs. Floyd is survived by her husband: Ricky C. Floyd of Fitzgerald; two children: Apryl Bridges of Fitzgerald and Kenny Bridges and his fiancée Rosa Dasher of Fitzgerald; two grandchildren: Alyssa Shealey and Keelan Bridges, both of Fitzgerald; one sister: Kathy Davis of Fitzgerald; and three brothers: Keith Cadwell of Fitzgerald, David Young of Dublin, and Larry Young of Spring Branch, Texas.
