Hudson, NH – Marcel R. Turcotte, 43, of Hudson, NH died tragically on Thursday, December 13, 2007 in a snowmobile accident in St. Methode, Canada. He was the beloved husband of Annmarie Pintal Turcotte, to whom he was married for 7 years. He was the son of Pamphile (“Phil”) and Louise (Nadeau) Turcotte of Hudson.
Mr. Turcotte was raised in Hudson, educated in the Hudson schools, and graduated from Alvirne High School in 1982. A self-made and charismatic businessman, he was the founder and president of Wall-Tech Systems, Inc. of Hudson, NH, where he worked with his wife and brother Claude. He was a partner of NorthPoint Construction Management, LLC, and the owner of several other businesses.
Mr. Turcotte was generous, outgoing, and active in a variety of ways. He was a parishioner at St. Kathryn Parish in Hudson, NH. A devoted Red Sox and Patriots fan, he also loved winter sports, scuba diving, boating, water skiing, hiking, motor cycling, and traveling. Marcel enjoyed life to the last second, especially the time he spent with his wife and two little girls.
In addition to his wife Annmarie, he leaves daughters Angelina, 3, and Amanda, 1, both of Hudson; a brother Claude Turcotte and his wife Amy of Hudson; a sister Joanne Kenyon and her husband Peter of Chelmsford, MA; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews; his close friend and business partner Gary A. Thomas; and a host of friends who will miss him deeply.
Friends may call at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT on Thursday from 4 until 8 PM and on Friday from 2 until 8 PM. His funeral will be held from the funeral home on Saturday at 10 AM, followed by his Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11 AM at St. Kathryn Church in Hudson, NH. Burial will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery in Hudson.
