Dorothy M.”Dottie” O’Donnell 80 years of Brockton died unexpectedly Thursday December 13. 2007. She was born in Brockton a daughter of the late Joseph H. and Sarah A. “Sadie” (Tully) O’Donnell and remained a lifelong resident of the city. Miss O’Donnell was a graduate of Brockton High School and retired in 1984 as an accounting clerk for NYNEX telephone company. She had been a member of the Telephone Pioneers, AARP and longtime communicant of St. Margaret Church. She is survived by her nephew Thomas J. McCann of Brockton, her best friend Anne C. McGrail of Brockton and all her friends at Christos.
A Funeral will be held from the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Tuesday at 8 am followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9 am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 pm.
