Clifton Barnes Kinne, of Needham died on Dec 6, 2007 at Briarwood Healthcare in Needham. He was 86.
Born in Springfield, VT he graduated from Needham High and also Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1943. He worked for many years as a electrical engineer for Computer Control Co., Raytheon and retired from Hunnewell. He also operated Kinne Electronics Repair. He was a member of Nehoiden Lodge AF & AM and Wistaria Chapter No. 138 O.E.S. both of Needham and the First Baptist Church in Needham.
Beloved husband of Dorothy (Leeper) Kinne, he was the father of Jeffrey Kinne and his wife Anita of Needham, Betsy Hines and her husband William of Needham, Ralph Kinne of WA, Deborah Lyons and her husband Elmer of Chelmsford and Eric Kinne of Millis. He is also survived by his sister Nancy MacPherson of Needham and 11 grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Alan Kinne.
A Funeral service will be held on Mon Dec 10 at 11 AM in the First Baptist Church 858 Great Plain Ave. NEEDHAM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours will be in the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave NEEDHAM on Sun 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Masonic Service will be conducted by Nehoiden Lodge AF & AM at 7 PM and a Eastern Star service by Wistaria Chapter OES at 8 PM. Interment Needham Cemetery.
