Michael R. Andrews, 24, of Casa Grande Blvd., Fort Collins, CO died Saturday January 11, 2003 in Fort Collins, CO from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born in Melrose, MA on December 18, 1978, a son of Steven P. and Maureen A. (Mack) Andrews. He was a resident of Colorado for the past four years, formerly living in Derry, NH. He was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy, Derry, NH, Class of 1997. He was employed as an apprentice electrician for Rocky Mountain Electric in Fort Collins, CO. He enjoyed snowboarding and fishing.
Besides his parents of Derry, he is survived by one brother, Scott (wife Christina) Andrews, of Derry, his maternal grandmother, Geraldine Mack, of Melrose, MA, one nephew, Tyler Andrews, of Derry, several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by his girlfriend Maria Dionne, Manchester, NH.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday January 18th at 10:00am at Holy Cross Church, 187 Hampstead Road, East Derry, NH. Burial will be in the spring at Great Hill Cemetery, Chester, NH. Friends may call on Friday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry.
