Carol Ann (Dufresne) Johnson, 57, of Plymouth, died Friday, November 23, at Jordan Hospital. She was the loving wife of John P. Johnson of Plymouth for 40 years.
Born May 11, 1950, in Worcester, she was the daughter of Sue Dufresne and the late Russell Dufresne. She attended David Prouty High School in Spencer.
Carol worked as a receptionist for Del Webb at their Great Island community in Plymouth. She was previously the manager of Northern Reflections in the Independence Mall. Carol had a passion for traveling and especially loved Aruba.
She was a devoted and caring mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Michele Prendergast and her husband Chris, of Carver; her son John Jr. and his wife Adriana, of Kingston; grandson Christopher Jr. and a granddaughter on the way; sisters Cathie Grenier and Sally Ducharme; brothers Russell and Kenneth Dufresne; and many nieces and nephews.
A Gathering of Remembrance will be held Saturday, December 1 between the hours of 12:00 - 2:30pm, at Richard W. Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd., Plymouth (Manomet), MA.
