Rose (Schrohe) Ellard, a former resident of Needham and Lexington died on Thursday, November 22nd at the Mary Ann Morse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Natick. She was 96 years old. Born in Wisconsin, Rose was raised in North Brookfield. She had been a resident of Lexington for over 40 years before moving to Needham, where she lived for 12 years. Rose was a former member of the Hancock Church in Lexington and was also a former member of the Ramblers. She was the beloved wife of the late George E. Ellard and the mother of George E. Ellard Jr. of Westwood. She was the sister of Ruth Schrohe of Natick and the late Bertha, Helen, Tina and Marie.
