Obituary

Lillian H. Kenneally , a lifetime resident of Whitman, died Monday in the life Care Center in West Bridgewater , after a period of failing health, she was 97 years old .Born and brought in Whitman, a graduate of Whitman High and the Boston University as a English major. Lillian was employed by the State of Massachusetts as a Statistical Operator for 30 years and 20 years with the postal service at the South Postal Annex .Member of the Holy Ghost Church, the Whitman Historical Society and past treasurer of National Association of Retired Federal Employees. She loved to travel and was an avid Red Sox Fan. Lillian was the daughter of the late Michael J. and Ellen (Nash) Kenneally.
She is survived by her sister Gertrude Cameron of Whitman, her nephews, Richard Cameron, Edward Cameron, William Cameron, Paul Cameron, all of Whitman, her great, great –great, and great-great-great-nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Francis, Josephine, and Louise Kenneally, also aunt of the late Craig Cameron.

Her funeral services will be held Saturday November 24th at 9:15 A.M. from the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Inc, Plymouth Street (Rt 58 at the Rotary Circle) Whitman, MA. Followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 A.M. , in the Holy Ghost Church Whitman, MA Burial will be in the St. James Cemetery, Whitman. Visiting hours Friday November 23rd 2-4 & 7-9 P.M.,
