Grace Meriano, age 83 of Boston, died Thursday Jan. 9 in the North End Community Nursing Home of Boston, after a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Meriano was born in Boston, the daughter of the late Raffaele and Giovannina Umbrello Fiocca. Mrs. Meriano was married to the late Louis A. Meriano.She was a Homemaker and a lifelong North End resident. Mrs. Meriano was active with the North End Senior Citizens.
She is survived by her son Thomas of Boston, and daughter Cynthia Connors of Boxford. Loving grandmother of Caitlin, Kevin & Cara Connors. Sister of the late Victoria Russo and Anthony Fiocca.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Saturday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, 12 North Sq., Boston at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family Saturday morning from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Burial will be in the St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
